The winter of 2008 is finally coming to an end. Spring will soon be upon us, and pool season will begin before we know it. We begin filling everyone's propane tanks from early April into mid-May in preparation for Memorial Day which is Monday, May 26th, a 3-day weekend.
For those customers for whom we service a pool heater, we now offer three options for scheduling. You may either fill out and mail the attached card, call your local branch, or fill out the form here.
The cost for pool heater service is $159.95 plus tax for up to 11/2 hours of the technician's time plus parts. Additional time will be billed at $54.95 plus tax for each additional 1/2 hour. If repairs exceed $350.00, we will contact you for authorization.
In addition, we can service your gas grill while working on the pool heater if you wish. Our technician will inspect your grill for safe operation, clean the burners for even heat distribution and recommend any replacement parts if needed. The charge is only $39.95. If repairs are requested, there will be a charge for the part(s) and time for the return trip.
And remember, we carry and service all types of indoor and outdoor gas appliances. Our knowledgeable sales and service staff can help you with all of your residential propane gas appliance requirements from a gas fireplace or cast iron stove, water heater or furnace to entire heating systems. Hocon's fleet of modern delivery equipment will always be there to keep the fuel supply replenished.
POOL HEATER CHECKLIST Please remember that your pool filter and pump must be running for us to complete the service.
