COVID-19 – Protecting our Employees and Customers

Our highest priority is the health and safety of our customers and employees. We have been closely following the guidance given by the CDC, State and Federal Authorities. From early on, we restricted employee travel and limited meeting sizes. We continue to reinforce safe behavior practices in both customers’ homes and our facilities. We want to share some steps have taken, and requests we have of you.

Assisting our customers

Our trucks are deep-cleaned daily and drivers have been assigned specific trucks and equipment. We have issued hand sanitizers and gloves to all our drivers and field technicians. Employees that feel ill have been told not to report to work. Public health officials have asked that we all begin to practice “Social Distancing.” To that end, our employees have been instructed to keep a safe distance from our customers and other employees (6-8 feet), even if it feels awkward at times.

Assisting our employees

We are in the process of providing remote work solutions for our customer support and administrative staff. There is a communication protocol in place if any employee has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or is asked to self-isolate by a public health authority.
