Q: What is EZ Pay, and how does it work?
A: When you choose EZ Pay, we divide your estimated annual fuel bill into 10 equal monthly payments. This effectively cuts your winter payments in half, and makes things much more predictable.
Q: How do you calculate my monthly payments?
A: We estimate your fuel use by looking at your past annual usage, and multiply it by projected prices for the coming season.
Q: What if your estimate is off?
A: If your actual bills are more or less than the estimate, we reconcile at the end of the 10 months. You don’t pay a cent more or less than your actual fuel bills.
Q: What if I don’t like writing a check each month?
A: You can set up automatic payments with your credit card, or you can use our Eco Check service, which authorizes your bank to pay us without your having to write a check. Just call us, and we’ll get you set up.
Q: When I can start?
A: Now is the best time to get started so that you can get the lowest monthly payments. Just call our customer-service team, who can give you your projected payment.
