I am so thankful that so many of you responded to the satisfaction survey we included in the last newsletter and sent via email.
Please know that we read every survey—and circulated them throughout our team. We loved reading comments like these:

But we also appreciated hearing about the areas where we could improve. For example, we got some complaints about communication of delivery dates and some requests that we do a better job with keeping in contact. If you raised a concern with us, we intend to follow up.
